Summary | This is a tall tale about a man named John Henry. It is said that John Henry had more strength than any man or any machine, including the machine to create a tunnel through a mountain. John Henery was a strong baby. He wass faster than the meanest man in th estate on horseback. John Henry could tear apart a boulder with just his ax. His last feat was digging with his axes and strength to creat a tunnel for the railroad and it was their that he had given all he had left andhis heart stopped. No matter what he did a rainbow was always wrapped around him. |
